  • Take the remedy as directed by your physician. Do not take more or less than what is recommended.
  • Do not take the same remedy again for the same illness unless otherwise suggested.
  • Homeopathic pills should be taken preferably on an empty stomach or with a gap of minimum 10 minutes to maximum of 30minutes between food/water and the medicines.
  • Take the remedy on an empty palate, that is – the tongue should be clean with no interference of taste and flavorings.
  • Medicine should not be touched with the hand and should be directly dispensed from the cap of the container on to the tongue. It should be left to dissolve on its own. Do not swallow, chew or bite the medicines. Sucking on the pellets is recommended.
  • Refrain from the intake of Coffee/Tea/Tobacco, which may undo the effects of the medicine.
  • Avoid storing the container in damp places or near perfumes. Keep the bottle away from direct sunlight.

They include Centesimal Potencies – 6c, 30c, 200c, Millesimal Potencies – 1m, 10m, 50m, Triturations – 3x, 6x, 12x and so on and Mother Tinctures – same one level strength. The Practitioner recommends the doses based on the severity of the illness. Doctors usually recommend only lower dosages for simple ailments and also to kids.Weak and fragile patients are also given lower dosages, however if the ailment is severe or if there are mind related symptoms and the person is robust, high dosages are recommended.

Homeopathic pills are to be dissolved by keeping them on the tongue, Diskettes are to be chewed or swallowed and Mother Tinctures are to be taken with water. It is recommended that the patient leaves a gap of about 10 to 15 minutes before and after the taking the medicines before he/she consumes any food or water.
